Rate for renting the whole house: Nov-May starting at $150/night, Jun-Oct starting at $300/night   Larger groups pay more. Contact us for a quote.   Some Holidays cost extra. Want us to plan your trip? For extra, we offer:   Romantic Packages (restaurants booked, hikes scheduled, etc.)   Family Vacation Packages (appointments to canoe, see exotic animals, etc.) Details? The Downstairs Master with Fireplace	$80/night
The Cowboy Room	$75/night
The Cowgirl Room	$75/night
The Upstairs Master with Private Bath	$85/night

    $25/night per extra person for single room rentals (children pay less)
    $3/person extra for a continental breakfast (available only for Bed and Breakfast clients)
    All guests have access to the kitchen, fridge, etc. so you can prepare your own meals.

$30/per hour ATV rental (Dec. 1, 2010 Announcement: At this time we're having some insurance issues and not renting our fastest ATV.)

Limited Zipline use is free with supervision, extended Zipline use comes with a cost. Make contact with us for details. (Dec. 1 2010 Announcement: At this time for insurance reasons we're limiting Zipline use.)

We are pet friendly, with some restrictions (to respect those with allergies).

Nature lessons and tours of the land are available for free for first timers.
